I work in the International branch of a U.S. based dredging company. I travel a lot in my job (40 different countries in 2.5 years.) Our competitors for the most part are Dutch, so we joint venture projects quite often with them. Dining out is an important part of dealing with them, and Indonesian restaurants are often the choice. Your fried rice spice blend is equal to fried rice I have enjoyed in Amsterdam, Den Hague, Hong Kong, Singapore and here in the States! I really look forward to trying your other products.

My first exposure to Indonesia food was in Den Haag in 1994 and ever since then I've looked and looked for food similar to that.
I've bought a number of books on South-East Asian cooking so that we can make food as great as I had in Holland.
By chance during the holidays at Uwajimaya in Beaverton I found a packet of your Indonesian Peanut Sauce Mix and last weekend we cooked up a batch of chicken with the peanut sauce and it was heaven.
So we ordered a box of packets from you and tonight I'm in heaven again.

All went VVV well hear at the Sheen falls for the Rice Table Night,
it's a really nice thing to do I had great help from my Sous Chef and Junior Sous who put a lot of effort and research in to the night(thinking it would be difficulty when bring all the muse en place together it was seriously great fun even though we were under a small bit of pressure as it was some thing that I was not formulae doing), with the Bouillabaisse Spice we simply made the Sauce and sprinkled some of the spice over the Monk Fish and Pan Roasted it in Pans and the Placed it on top of the Chunky Sauce base and Served it.
With the other spiced Packets we followed them to receipts with Huge Success, the Feed back on the night Simply ( finding a rice table as good as this in the south west cost of Ireland was some thing to be talked about Taste Flavors Spices were all fantastic we will be looking for this again )

Subject: The Rijsttafel Company: Loved Indonesian curry mix
I found your products at Whole foods. I just tried your Indonesian curry mix.
Made a tofu and vegetable stir fry. I mixed it with vegetable broth and peanut butter.
I cooked the onions in some cooking spray then heated up the curry mix with the onions,
then put in broth and peanut butter. After that I put in all the vegetables and tofu.
Served with brown rice.
It made me feel that I was back in Singapore again.
